I dont believe that it is a scam...There are pics of his user name with the car as kind of proof. If you car fax the car you can see the exact damage. Just seems a little over exaggerated, I talked to him, seems honest enough. I'm thinking of getting it and turning it into a DD and have the other one as a race car.

I don't think it is a scam. I think the guy is telling the truth. If you go to "view seller's other items", he is selling an old 91 supra. In one of the pics, you can see the evo sitting there. Also with the carfax report of the evo as previously stated.

 

I think it's a scam. Maybe the bit about his wife is true.. but, then again - that is a POOR build for an evo.. You had cash for a IX front fascia, but not enough cash for something more than Rotas?
