Problems...

So I knew my clutch was starting to go, just waiting for the time it would happen.
Hit the highway and bang, major slippage... Whenever boost kicked in the clutch would slip (i could smell it)... So, got my new clutch/flywheel... Thought it would be all good now...
But its even worse now...

I can tell the clutch is back to normal, but I have a major boost leak now, not sure where yet, but when it hits peak boost i can hear it shooting out all over... The boost just isnt getting to the wheels...

I also have a strange noise coming from my drivers front wheel... I thought it was a loose hose, because it sounded like air coming out, but when I turned the wheel while moving it made a slight grinding noise... The noise is not persistant, but it is there more then it isnt.... I have no idea what is wrong, I know im losing boost, which will probabaly be a somewhat easy fix, but now im thinking my hub is f*ed up....

The slight grinding only came after the new clutch, but i did notice the same noise a while ago, just for a few minutes then never again, now its just sounds like ****, its very loud and annoying... Any ideas on what the hell is going on with my baby ?

Check the brake dust shield right behind the rotor. I have seen them get slightly bent and rub the rotor. Stick your hands through your wheel and pull the dust shield towards you till it touches the rotor. It should move about 1/8" before it contacts and then spring right back. If its closer than that, push it away from the rotor far enough to bend it so it says at least 1/8" away from the rotor.

The new clutch/flywheel will sometimes "chatter" or bite really hard when letting off the clutch, this can sum up the grinding or noise, not sure of the boost leaks though...

Keep driving the clutch till its properly broken in, if you still hear noises then go from there.
