Question weight reduction

anyone know how light you can make a stock evo ix just by getting rid off all the bull shiy ? i mean absolut lightest

So you wanted to know the total weight of parts that you can remove off your car.......How didn't the link I provided help you???? If you can't do the math that's on you.

I would first start by going on a diet. Put down the supersized drink and go for a jog.

lol im 6'4" and 270 lbs that is prob a good idea

thank you for the link but i was hoping that maybe someone had just gone and stripped a stock evo down to the bear essentials without replacing a whole bunch of parts, like a full gut including heat core, ac, interior, ect...

dear lord.

im trying out this weight reduction method as well...

5'10" went from 150 to 147 1/2 and saw .002 seconds off my timeslip

Since no one does that unless they are turning it into a race and adding a cage etc back in and you don't want to spend any money it seems. Strip your car down to the bear essentials and start a new thread documenting the removed items weight and your cars new weight.
