I usually ride mine, but on occasion at stop lights, I love to stroke it next to a redneck in a pick-up.

Otherwise, lightly cup it and smoothly shift

You shouldnt hold it "while" you are driving, shift only then remove, when I do shift I do it like Vin Diesel, it cuts my et's by like 6 secs.

 

i grap it on top....but once in a while give it a good stroke once the car is in gear.

i enjoy holding it like my wifes ***** too.. just gently but firm when needed

 

1st-2nd I right side cup it 2nd-3rd is the wine glass 3rd-4th is the ***** 4th-5th is the southwest cup and push up and 5th-6th is the ***** again, reverse is ***** with a little bit of nip**e action! lol

 

Wine glass except for quick 1-2s. Then it's the hammer.

 

I like to mix it up a bit with the op's options, in addition, sometimes using the knuckle shift

 

I get creative sometimes and shift with my right knee from 2-3 and 4-5. There is actually a vid on youtube of someone doing exactly this. Very funny.
