obviously vin is bogus which means he/she is hiding something.

also in BIG RED LETTERING:

"I'm asking to be contacted prior bidding because the car was advertised locally

and there is something you should know about it."

quote from the ebay listing

Hello Sir,
Thank you for your interest in my auction. I have ended the auction earlier because someone hit the Buy it Now Button, but unfortunately his loan wasn't approved due to his bad credit score.
My car is in excellent condition, clear title and I have completed a full professional inspection and service on it recently and it drives like a dream.

My problem is that in the meanwhile I had to move with my family in Austria where I got a new job as a construction engineer. My intention was to bring the car with me but I just realized that the registration process (to register this car here in Austria) will cost me a fortune, so I've made up my mind and decided to sell the vehicle to someone back in the US.
The car remains stored in NY with a shipper sealed in a container and ready for delivery, along with the papers I mentioned earlier. The shipper's name is Around the World Shipping International and if you'd like to learn more about them, this is their official website: www.aroundtheworldint.com (you can also get their contact info on the website). Unfortunately the shipping company cannot offer the viewing prior to buying service, but they can offer a 10-day inspection period prior to the purchase.

The price I'm selling the car for is $16.200 (Buy it now price) and I will pay for shipping, insurance and inspection charges to your door.

The payment will be completed using eBay Secure Pay and Escrow Services so this way we are both protected and more then that you will have the 10-day inspection period I mentioned earlier, as well as a 30-day full refund period.

If you want to buy my car e-mail me with any questions that you might have.
I have reserved the car for you, but I will need your answer in a couple of days.

Regards!
Danny
