obviously vin is bogus which means he/she is hiding something.

The payment will be completed using eBay Secure Pay and Escrow Services so this way we are both protected and more then that you will have the 10-day inspection period I mentioned earlier, as well as a 30-day full refund period.

I have reserved the car for you, but I will need your answer in a couple of days.
