do you need to balance a new clutch before its put in? my friend was telling me it needs to be balanced. but i thought they came pre-balanced. i will be installing a ACT extreme street disc and a Fidanza flywheel on tuesday. so will i need to have it balanced or do they come balanced?

 

They come balanced.

 

They don't come as balanced as you would think. If you want to be confident that your entire rotating assembly is balanced, take it to a balancer and have it done right.
