quick ? about gauges

quick ? about gauges

Whats up guys,i currently have a triple gauge pod located where my factory radio was and i have a radio relocation kit.my question to you guys is would it be a pain in the *** to relocate the gauges to the top of the dash because im installing a flip out dvd unit.THANKS!!!

shouldn't be that difficult. the wires are already located in the dash area bc of where your gauges are now. If you look at the center of your dash up by the windshield there is a little rectangle piece of plastic that you can take off and route the wires up through there. That is where most people run thier wires for the on top of dash mount.

BTW it's pretty easy to get the wires from where they are now up to that hole, it's not really that obstructed

yeah that is the one I bought, it goes far enough towards the windshield that you don't see all the wires on top of the dash, if you run them through that little rectangle hole on the dash
