This is what I got so far on my IX:

- TBE HKS Ti (with HFC)
- LICP
- Drop in Filter
- Walbro Fuel Pump
- GReddy Profec B Spec 2 EBC
- Hyper Voltage System GT

I just received my GSC S1 cams from UPS, ready to install but I'm thinking it would be better to buy a few more parts, slap them together with the cams then get a tune (to save tuning money & time). The parts I'm looking at are:

- Apexi Air Intake with Heat Shield (or any air filter with heat shield)
- UICP with small battery kit
- Test Pipe
- Ported Manifold (price check for buscher to do it?)
- Ported o2 housing (possibly ebay coated from buscher).
- Full Race's vertical flow FMIC (better spool response?)

What do you guys think of these mods? I know the FIMIC is over kill but I am also setting up for a turbo upgrade in the future. My current goal is to make a responsive street car without going for the stroker kit. I might just max out the stock turbo on 91 oct for now. Later I plan on going with one of the 20g/50trim/GT30 turbos with alky + 91pump or full E85.

 

sounds good to me. what power are you making with just the mods you have now?

 

When I got tuned I made 321whp/324tq spiking to 23psi. After I installed the Hyper Voltage GT my butt dyno says add 2-3+whp

 

I would do the test pipe, o2, alky and BOV to hold the higher boost AND tune. Then you can start asking people how your tail lights look.

 

save the HFC tho- for emmisions.

 

As far as the turbo, get the 20G-LT or as some would call it, the Green.
