Help diagnose my problem

When I accelerate in 4th gear and 5th gear at around 5k rpms, my car hesistates a bit. drops rpms from 5300 to 5100 and then accelartes smoothly. any suggestions on where to look? spanx

yeah its tuned and has been tuned like it for the last 2 years.
