Decals! Lots of them!
The more you have the better! You can easily equivalize 300 whp with a stock evo, and here's how:
A large number of metallic decals will work together to reverse the polarity of you exterior body panels (actually repelling particles in the air) and this will cause your car's coefficient of friction to plummet, and you will slip through the air with much greater ease!
You can use any type of motorsport brand from Apexi to TurboXS --- each one is worth 3 extra whp on a Dynojet, and 5 extra whp if the decal has red in it. We've even dyno tested a few bumper stickers and music stickers (ie: Marshal Amplification and Mesa Boogie) with decent results (mostly in the upper rpm range). Best results from these (+4 whp) were achieved using the "Don't tell my mom I'm a truck driver - she thinks I'm a piano player in a whorehouse" sticker, in conjuction with any "Kerry/Edwards" campaign sticker.
Last but definitely not least, stickers endorsing Evom vendors are also great for midrange throttle response, especially when applied over vinyl side graphics.

Hold on, now. There is no way you searched for this and couldn't find an answer. This is the most basic question in all of EvoM. It just means you DIDN'T SEARCH, yet are claiming you did...not good. You also didn't use the newbie forum, which is where this belongs. There's no need to shut down the forum, because not everything has been covered. However, this topic has been covered a few million times, give or take 100,000.

For your answer without the search....intake(k&n drop-in is fine), exhaust(tbe), boost controller, flash, and maybe a fuel pump.

This is all very true. I saw a VW Beetle painted to look like Shamu and it was the fasting f'ing car I've EVER seen...
why does everytone keep saying cams and injectors!? You dont need them even in the Evo 8 for 300whp. just open up the exhuast side with ported stock headers, 10.5 hotside, ported o2, downpipe, 3'' catback, drop in filter, intercooler piping, throttle body, reflash and that's it. should be close to or over 300 ft lbs of torque at the wheels.
MrMejia, only a few people mistakenly said cams. Your list is just as bad, though. You don't need half that stuff to hit 300whp, and ESPECIALLY not an aftermarket throttlebody - that's crazier than suggesting cams.
300 whp is easily achievable with:
TBE, drop-in filter, boost controller (manual or electronic), tune.
With the mods listed in my sig I am running right around the 300 level. Fuel pump, injectors are not needed unless you are shooting for 400 or more and are prepared to go for a larger turbo.
And why search when you can start another debate

just got a chuckle out of the comments that it's been covered and to search, and then almost all of the posts went on to list strange combinations of parts. injectors? cams? throttlebody?? for 300whp?
Although I find this just as amusing as the rest, give this guy a break. EvoM is starting to get a really bad reputation because people are beating up on others who are new or don't know as much. I've been here a long time and have seen this place get worse. The forums I belong to for my motorcycle aren't even half as cold.
That said, Warrtalon knows his ****, eventhough he can be abrasive. His package he offers is a good deal. I would trust what he suggests for 300 WHP.
