Idle

Just noticed that, but after the car warms up the idle has a bit of a skip in it you can hear in the exhaust. When the motor is cold it does not do it. With the A/C off it sits around 18-19psi vacuum with the A/C on it sits around 15 psi vacuum. Car just had new plugs and wires installed. Could the gap be off causing it do this? I checked for vacuum leaks and i found nothing.

I don't expect his car would run too well without them.

HA! I kill me. Anyway I have a slight skip as well that seems to only happen when the AC is off (or rather when the compressor clutch is disengaged). I only started to notice it when my car was modded and tuned (similar mods to yours, see sig), but that could be because the exhaust is louder. My car pulls the same amount of vacuum yours does. I have not checked my plug gaps, but when my car was tuned, the tuner didn't notice anything, and he has seen bad gaps on previous tunes. I expect it's just a small tweak that needs to be done to the idle to make it go away. I also expect it's non serious.

My advice: if you got it tuned, maybe your tuner will adjust your idle. Otherwise just pay attention and if it does not get worse don't worry.

Only thing different about today is the HEAT it's been 100+ today in Georgia. First day I've noticed it rest of the time A/C on 15 psi vacuum A/C off 18-19psi vacuum. The car runs fine but that one little bit got me a little worried.

I'm going to wait till the car cools off and check the gap on it. What should it be at with some NGK plugs? I've read .26-.27.

Mine also skips a bit when it warms up.

It did it before I modded anything, just a bit here and there.
w/ AC off is when I noticed it.
I can barely see it in the RPMs but I hear it in the exhaust more than I see it.
Now after Tune and S1 Cams and some mods, it does it a little more but it still was not bad.

With the A/C on it's fine..
Although now with Cams and A/C on, I get a little stall if I come quickly out of gear rolling to a stoplight.

So I did the eculflash "idle-mod" [thx to Kreionic] and fixed most of it, but every now and again it will go to 400-500 rpms, no ses light comes on but I feel it stumble.

Kinda freaky when you are rolling up to a light and rpm's drop to 500,
so I hit a little gas to bring it up , Just in case.
Still trying to dial the "Idle-Mod" in on ecuFlash.

Probably time for some new plugs anyway. So I'll check em and see.
