This should make all of you pretty mad...
So is this tool bag your cousin, or your wife's cousin? In your other link you typed:
'So my wifes grandmother and my mother in law thought since he was away at training they would get him a Evo. Both my wife my grandfather in law and I all said this was gonna be a huge mistake, bu tthey made Pop cosign for it anyway'
It sounds like either you have really generous family who helped out someone they were not even directly related to, or you are a very family oriented guy who took in your wife's relative as if he was your own. Either way, I applaud you for stepping up to the plate and helping your family out of a jam. By the way, if he is your direct cousin, I think you are legally allowed to kick the heck out of him. It would take all I had to not beat him senseless.
By the way, how will you be able to gain ownership of this if the cousin still has his name on the title?
Good luck, man!

this has me almost speechless..
the guy is not only dumb/selfish/evil/careless/and well..dumbx2...but this guy is also someone defending our country from all the above?
Just looking at the pics shows what kind of person he was, did he just toss the tire and a whole bunch of garbage onto some seats that cost over 1k a piece?
was he test painting on the wing?
I can actually picture his yellow evo...1 of those guys who put black or primer hoods since they cant afford CF ones...if that was my cousin, he would not only get a punch in the face from me, i'd wack him across the face with a crowbar and then make him sell his ***** to pay off the evo

Wow this was quite a story. I'm a bit late joining on on this but here my opinion on all of this:
If there was a law passed preventing cruelty to Evo's, your cousin would get life! I think your family should not speak to your cousin for quite some time as punishment. He obviously has a total lack of respect for everyone including himself.
Just tell him he can be part of the family again when he has grown up and wants to respect the family. He thinks he can do what he wants, let him know that if he wants family he simply cant treat people (or cars) like that!!
Aside from your cousins shenanigans good luck getting the Evo back in shape. I hope you or whoever the new owner is looks after it like the car deserves.
Good luck mate!
