Question Which is definitively quieter, the HKS HiPower/30th or TurboXS?

The question pretty much hits it on the head. I have been running through postings yesterday trying to make a call on which is quieter since I have not heard either in person. Seems like most of what I have read on the loudness of the two is statements like "HKS is a louder than Fujitsubo but not the loudest" or "TurboXS is one of the top 5 quietest"

I am just looking for a definitive answer by some people who have heard both, which is the quietest, and also just as importantly, which one drones the least? And by drone, I mean that real resonant sounds you get at a certain RPM usually while the engine is under load that feels like an uncomfortable loud pressure on your ears - the kind when you need to crack the windows a bit.

Thanks for the input. I am guessing that the reason why some people say it is one of the less loud ones is because of the resonated mid pipe. Also, does yours drone bad?

it sounds more like a low-flying aircraft....so if that meets your def of droning, then maybe it is, but i dont mind it in the least.

although my exhaust has gotten noticeably louder since adding my open dump...but i thought it was a decent volume before adding the dump.

turbo xs isn't quiet by any standards. . .fujit is quiet, but loss of power is significant. . .greddy evo 2 sp, tanabe medallion touring, and magnaflow street are more quiet. . .

HKS catback sounded almost stock to me.
I had to cut my resonator off.

The TXS is loud as **** even with a high flow cat! i had it and i removed it!

Now i am using the Invidia G200 and even without the silencer is 200% queter than the TXS... and to tell you the truth i didn't see any performance loss...

I also have a TXS and damn! I really think its getting louder by the day, infact I can here it now getting louder and the car is not even running. I am in the process of shopping for a quieter exhaust.
