That is not even my hand writing that handwriting is from the teenager who asked me my address and information and wrote the shiping address. The reason I was away is because a cousin of mine tried to commit suicide because he is depressed, so I went to go spend time with him because we are like best friends and to talk to him about his personnal problems. This is why I could not ship out the air box and filter to one of my customers. Thank you.

Now you're engaged and responding to me? Now?

You're now blaming the employees of your local Unites States Postal Service Post Office?

Please Wayne, keep what remains of your reputation intact if you want to ever do business with this EvoM community again, and just refund my money.

I will cheerily, happily, gladly send you back the manifold I told you explicitly that I did not want or need. I'll spring for shipping.

For now, I will refrain from posting the PDF's of our AIM chat logs here, though I have sent them to Paypal for their investigation. Yes Wayne, I logged our entire chat.

I sent him numerous e-mails and PM's to which he did not respond. I was desperate for a response, none came.

And now he is making the ludicrous suggestion that the clearly printed, bar-coded, tracked and confirmed USPS postage label in the picture above which you admitted was the box you sent is somehow just "wrong?"

Wayne, just refund my money and be done with this.

No you have things backwards I never agreed to anything you said, I never said to ship both item's it would cost 11 dollars. I don't owe you any money. And I am not giving you one cent you are wasting your time. Go find someone else to scam.

Someone definitely needs to teach this kid a lesson. He's a complete disgrace to humanity and is really causing a problem in the Evo community. I guess it's time to bust out a lawyer...

I just don't know what to do here.

Small claims court might teach him a lesson, but then I have to drive to his local courthouse and file a report with his local police.

Moderators? Does anyone have any suggestions at all?

Edit: According to his post here, Paypal may have blocked his account, which would seem to suggest that Paypal has reviewed the photos and evidence I sent and that there are multiple claims against him, and this might actually help me resolve this and recover my money. Here's hoping.

yeah, thats really naive, its wierd to me, some people believe that is do-able recourse. there's a dis-connect with reality. it really scares me, cuz it would lead people to believe that it would be ok to steal cuz Big Brother is going to come in and make everything alright. which doesn't happen.

I't's actually $350 in my case (two of us above have been scammed by him, the other for $55 "pending refund"), but still, you're likely right that it's too much trouble for me to go through, and I think that Wayne knows I wouldn't be likely to take the time to go to court. Which is completely, totally frustrating and angering, because then he gets away with it.

yeah, you got me honestly, i didn't read it. but i gotta disagree. scamming does get douschebag deadbats free ****, and it sucks, i hate it as much as you do. and I've been where this guy wants to go, court, trying to get your money back. its a losing battle, its diminishing returns, i just want to offer that advice. you could help yourself by forgetting about these crackheads.

Ok that isn't what i meant.

I was talking about the bigger picture lol.

What i really meant was scamming gets you no where in life because in the end you will get caught there is no such thing as the perfect crime.

Remeber thieves start small then move on to bigger and better things then it leads to !!!!!JAIL TIME!!!!!

Then you know what that means? One man's pain (buttsex) is another mans PLEASURE

You are kidding, right? After all of this, I would hold on to that dispute like I was holding on to Hilary Duff's breast..
