I've owned 2 evos totaling to about 2yrs and i NEVER, not once, got hate toward it....until now

I was at a red light turning left to go to my gym after work, i clearly mind my own business and i notice at the turn, this red beatup pickup truck does a little "mini-drift" on the turn. So i'm thinking to myself..."idiots" as I see 2 rednecks in the car.

So, I pull to the center lane to pull into my gym lot and right as im about to turn, they drive by and scream P*SSY A$$ CAR...for no apparent reason. So i snap the wheel back straight and get right on the a$$ of the car and I'm pointing to the right like im a police officer to pull over and im yelling obscene things at him from behind. I attempted to get next to him but he wouldnt let me...at that point I realized they were obviously scared. I tailed him for about 2 short blocks and i flicked him off and left.

My first evo hate experience..obviously not very smart people. When I was back in Cali, there were multiple freeway shootings from crap like this, so if I was an armed maniac, that could have easily been the end of their life :/ ...people nowadays

 

i had one yesterday from a V6 mustang. Kid flipped me off. Laughed, he was like "oh, you think you are fast"......I was mad. I grabbed my breaker bar, hung it out the window. His gf rolled up the window. Got out of my car at the light and he blew through the red. LOL. I think he was scared of the burly guy in the evo.

But i hate people that are like that. I also had some kids in a taurus flip me off and laugh. At least have something competitive if you are gonna be a *****. No worries, you know your ride is a hell of a lot better

 

My friend did the same thing you did, but he was in a Mustang and they called it slow or something.

He chased them, the drove him down a block where there were alot of people blocking it.. and they jumped him and put a gun to his head.

Moral of the story, who gives a $hit what other people say about your car, who knows what the people saying it are dumb enough to do.

However tailing them could have also gotten you killed to then you would not be able to enjoy the car you have.

Just let it roll man, crap like that is not worth it.

From my experience rednecks in a pickup usually have shotguns with them.........keep that in mind

and aside from that......getting up the *** of another car and pointing at them isn't a great idea either.......

You never know what kinda psycho's you might be dealing with and the day you decide to be a tough guy could very well a really bad idea..........

so as i stated in the beginning.............grow up.

 

I just ignore it. I actually had some kid in a GLI Jetta talk to **** to me about my spoiler (OEM spoiler). I just rolled my window up and drove off.

 

I agree. Who cares what some morons in a truck say. I would have laughed, marked it off as jealousy and continued my day. If you think about it, by not turning into the gym, they won.

Well I am no redneck, but I did drive a pickup once and did have shotguns..still do. Can i be an evo redneck with a shotty? LOL

We had a guy chase down a group of kids in a car that had flipped him off, they crashed and two of kids died...he is now spending a long time in jail b/c he pursued them...moral of the story is let the idiots go on their way.

We have a lot of people like that here... however they get shot by real cops.

 

Pretty dumb of you to signal him to pull over. You never know how crazy people can get.

 

I moved from los angeles to everett, wa (small town)....very diff kinds of people here. In LA, I never got crap like that. In a small town, I guess rednecks think its cool to do things like this. I basically wanted to teach them a lesson that not all jap-car drivers are 130lb asian teens. Come to think of it, this is probably my first redneck-sighting
