This is the only reason why ebay sucks because people love to scam all the time. Damn I feel bad for the dudes car that this guy is trying to use to scam people.

This IS a scam. I saw it on craigslist and I emailed the guy telling him I would buy it off of him at once; while already knowing it was most likely a scam. He told me to send him a cashiers check including a $1,000 for shipping. I told him I'd go see it myself with a team of mechanics and pay in cash. He again said it'd be fine and easier to do cashiers check, and that he'd take care of shipping instead. I asked him where he was located and he said LOS ANGELES. Which is an hour south from me. I replied telling him that I would drive down there since it was a nothing drive, and that I'd get it there. He never replied back.

I thought when you bid on something you HAVE to buy it if you win. I'm sure it being a scam voids that rule though.

I like it when people bid these scams up to a couple of million before they get pulled.

when they have email in the action, it's more likely a scam.

IT IS A SCAM, it's the same person that keeps posting evos up too. I remember I almost bought a red one from the guy. He uses different accounts but whenever you see an JPEG for the email info and stuff it's a scam from the Netherlands..
