Greddy Turbo Timer help

I bought a Greddy Full auto timer and have been told I need a wiring harness. Well after looking in the box I see there is a harness included. The instructions are in Japanese. Anyone have a clue or can take a look see at the enclosed pic to see if I do have the harness I need? thanx
