buring oil/leak fixed

ok, so to give everyone an update on my situation,
my carwas burning oil and had a slight exhaust leak and a major boost leak with all the mods i have. tuning didn't make it anything better, obviously at the time, i didn't know i had this many problems. anyways, so i only ended up with 287 whp and 279wtrq. this was on LSE's DD lowboy. torq starts to fall at about 4200rpms, i when it falls, i mean it falls. at about 6500, i'm sitting at about 160trq. so i fixed everything up. the burning oil issue was the valves stem seals. got new exhaust donut gasket. boost is holding better now...but it still seems to be the same. i feel the car just fall flat on its face after peak trq, like i said which is around 4000rpms. power just keeps dropping. NOW...i need some help. i was thinking about switching camshafts. maybe the cams have a bad grind of some sort? i have buddy club cams. now, they are supposed to be the same specs as the HKS 272s. swap them out to stockers to see the difference? or get a new set, definitely go with HKS next time if i have to buy new cams. or anyone have anyother idea what could be wrong? very wrong? well, thanks in advance everyone. it's just been a downhill ride ever since i messed with the head.

-checked cam sensor, good..in right position
-the reason i went with buddyclub cams is because they were tested and tuned on a 9 and got good results(this was in the powerpages of...superstreet magazine? i forget, but one of those magazines.), also did research on it also, much research done.
all timing marks are good.
no CEL
new front o2 sensor
replaced every gasket on installation of head
no warping on head.
-i know the intercooler is working fine. hot one side, cool on the other(i dont have logs) but it is doing its job and it doesn't get heat soaked.(if you actually look at the fin design on this intercooler, you would know what i am talking about! its a good intercooler. i don't believe the hype on ebay intercoolers, at least not all of them. this is an ams copy and it does have superior fin design compared to the genuine ams. take a look if you want.!
