some clutch help
some clutch help
ok so today i installed a new clutch in my evo and have a few questions...
i installed a ACT xtreme street disc with a fidanza flywheel, just so you know
first off, i notice its very hard to get into reverse and sometimes when i shift, it just doesnt feel as smooth as it did when i first had it. the car only has 7200 miles on it, so i dont think anything in the tranny would be worn out....
i adjusted the clutch pedal all the way out and it seemed to help with the engagement of the clutch, like its a lot smoother, but its still hard to get into gears
also when i did the clutch i took off the clutch release cylinder so i could take out the restrictor. do you think the problem im having with going into gears could be related to air in the lines? i did bleed the clutch, but maybe theres still some air trapped in there...
anyone have any suggestions on what to do to? i think i might try re-bleeding it tomorrow, but im not sure if these problems are related to air in the line
