Hey, I‘ve Got The Same Intake With Upper And Lower Ic Pipes。 Can U Answer A Few Questions For Me。 Is It Possible To Lose Power With An Intake If U Dont Get A Tune(i Plan On Getting One Very Soon)。 After I Installed The Injen Parts, The Car Actually Felt Slower, Especially Between The Rpm’s In Which The Turbo Initially Spools Up:3000-4000rpm。the Turbo Sounds Mean, But There Just Isnt As Much Power As Before。 I Couldn‘t Really Feel Any Power Until Near Redline。 Is It Normal To Lose Power Like This With An Intake, Or Should I Check For Loose Hoses。

(YES I KNOW MY TEXT IS WEIRD, THERE’S SOME DAMN SOFTWARE ON MY DAD‘S COMPUTER THATS TOTALLY SCREWING ME UP, AND I CANT CLOSE/UNINSTALL IT。)

you wont notice anything until after a tune, for the time being you will hear the turbo spooling and what not. i like mine and i know it was an arm and a leg but i feel it was worth it

ok so i understand, that there wont be a noticeable increase in power without a tune, but is it normal for it to lose power? My turbo doesnt feel like it is doing as much work as before.

I think it's normal, the RPMs seem to drop faster with the intake.

I just had my Injen kit removed in favor of the stock airbox and that's what I noticed.
