I think it may be a scam to be quite honest. Even my mom knows how many cylinders her Camry has! Anyhow, the seller is brand new to ebay and has a big "0" feedback. Nobody is going to buy that thing because of the sellers poor reputation, let alone the way the owner totally ruined the car.
