This past weekend it was really HOT here in N.Va so I had my AC blasted to drive about 70 miles. As I was on highway I discovered that my boost is only going up to 10psi when I step on it. I also hear Hssssss sound from behind the oem boost gauge. I turned the AC off and went into some back roads to run more test to see if boot will kick in.. but no luck. My boost is set to 21psi. I recently got a statge done form ISP in MD. So I am not sure what is going on.
Also I am planning a long drive this coming weekend to Florida Miami. Is it going to be safe to drive if incase this doesn't get resolve??

Any help would be appreciate.

 

Do a boost leak check and find the problem. We can't randomly diagnose from the Internet.

 

Boosk leak. I'd take it back to ISP and have them check it out.
