Sell your other car and drive this as your daily. Wilmington area doesn't snow unless you run into a small random chance which means no issues on why not to drive it daily. With the money you make off the other car(what is it btw?) and put it towards your evo loan. Once you put that towards your evo loan, REFI it and get lower payments.

I think its the most logical answer seeing how you already have another car in your pocession. Unless its a 91 civic with 245,000 miles on it lol. Good luck!
