Please help accidentally put in 89 gas instead of premium

I think the ECU should automatically retard timing when knock is present. You should just have a loss in power. Keep feeding in 93/91 as you can (don't wait till the tank is empty) so you can increase the octane in your tank.

they have a station with 100 oct about a 1/2 hour away, so i will be putting in a couple gallons

You'll be fine, the ecu will sense a little detonation and will pull a little timing.

Well if it's perfectly fine to drive on 89 octane, then how come the gas tank lid has a warning label that says "PREMIUM ONLY"

A LOT of cars have that. My car says REGULAR ONLY but I put in premium all the time and it seems to LOVE that stuff. It's like cat-nip lol.

All performance tuned engines say Premium Only. Causes thats the Octane Rating used by the manufacture when they put out the numbers

My Teg and all olb B and H series DOHC VTEC engines tell you right on the dash Premium Unleaded Fuel Only
