Thumbs down I Dont Know What Happened 2 My Clutch!

Ok, so im driving around and i stop at the red light. When im about 2 take off, i take my foot off the clutch and give it gas, but it wouldnt move. The clutch felt really soft and short.

I dont know if either the clutch is stuck or if i burned my clutch!

I made it to my friends house going at like 20 mph. But it feels like the clutch is not responding to the pedal!

I put it on 1st and totally let go off the clutch, and the car did not stall!

Anybody please help!!!!! what should i do?????

Did i really burn the clutch or is it just stuck?

check your clutch fluid. sounds like youre missing fluid and the clutch is just not popping back out. you may have a leak or it might just be low. if youre low you'll have to fill it and bleed it just like a break system.

The clutch sounds fubar. If it was a fluid problem you wouldn't be able to release teh clutch. Get ready to spend some money.

Noticing that you have an 03, that must mean you most likely have some miles on your car. Either way you are going to spend some money. If you plan on going for some decent power later, get a twin and be done with it!

Most likely the clutch is dead. A second possibility is that your clutch is mis-adjusted and your throwout bearing isn't being allowed to unload fully.

Honestly with an '03 the clutch has probably just worn out.

yea i would think its time for a new clutch, you know these things arent made to last long. im shocked that im still on my stock clutch at 23 thousand miles. but as soon as it goes out im definetly getting an aftermarket clutch.
