Ok basically i was reinstalling my turbo timer onto the top of the steering wheel and when i tried to put the lower cover back on this little white box attachted to the Key ignition "towards the back" poped open. and i got all the peices "so i think" and pu them back in so whats that for i dont really see what that could be it just had a peice of plastic and 2 tiny springs in it??

 

anyone ever figure this out?
