Help Diagnosing Vibration

I have an 03 EVO VIII with 38k miles, very few mods, and a stock clutch. I'm getting a moderate vibration from the front driverside section of my car from 0-10mph while turning. The vibration is only occuring during that speed and only while I'm turning. I searched this and it seemed the problem would be the rear diff. However, this whole problem first started after I was driving back from a local shop that changed out my oil and I also had them change my rear diff. fluid. I find it a strange coincidence that I never had this problem before until the drive home from the local shop. Does anyone think it could be an error from the shop? Was it just bad timing and something more serious is wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

i get the same vibration you are talking about, but only happens when i make a right hand turn.. i still have yet to figure out what it is. i believe mine is a strut/spring issue. it doesnt do it all the time, just randomly

all my fluids are full and just changed about 1k ago

No, i'm not lowered. And i think they used valvoline. When you change the fluid for the tranny is that connected to T case or is the T case seperate and use seperate fluid? I really hope this issue is just a fluid change one and nothing too bad. Good luck

Yikes. This likley isnt causing a low speed turning vibration but

1. Change out that fluid
2. May be center or rear diff acting up
3. Could be a CV, Ball Joint, Tie Rod End, Shock/Strut, Wheel Bearing. Jack up the car in chek for play in any of the mentioned parts and replace
