Drivetrain Diagnoses please !!!
Clutch - EXEDY HD TWIN
SITUATION:
The last two times i have 2 step launched it, afterwards the car is immediately hard to get into gear. 1st and Reverse being the hardest. Once moving the car shifts fine for the most part. Sometimes difficult from gear to gear but nothing like when stopped. I back out the clutch pedal with the adjustment rod, problem goes away. Only issue now is, I'm out of rod lol. Never thought id say that
.... anyhow, If i launch again, and this happens, i cant adjust it any further to make it shift normal.
INFORMATION:
The car currently goes into gear just fine. It drives fine. When i take off in first, occasionally there is a slight vibration, but not always. The car drives normal, the clutch is not slipping. In first gear when i just start to let the clutch out, i can hear a faint high pitched noise.
What do you drivetrain geniuses think is the problem ?
