Most accurate readings

Guys I was just wondering what is the most accurate way to see the exact boost ur running if you dont have an ebc or a dyno near you. The reason why I ask is because I heard that the defi Bf are not that accurate and I can contest becaus while I was on the dyno i had to keep adjusting my boost controller. The thing is I forgot the gauge reading and i recently cleaned my mbc and the car doesnt feel the same. Any help I would be very grateful
