Carbon fiber buper shield

I was wondering if these things really work to help keep the exhaust from turning the back of the car black. Mine is yellow and it shows up like crazy.

^ Uh thats probably sarcasm. They work 100% Have one on her WW RS cause the rear bumper was starting to turn super black and yellow. No more of that now. Well at least you cant see it on the CF

Yes they do work especially if you are running a test pipe. the exhaust agses will be super hot without a cat and you risk melting the bumper. I have a Greddy Ti exhaust and it is a must have. If you ae running pig rich and your bumpr is turning black then get a tune. You're loosing HP by running too rich.

Yea its flashed too lean it out a little. The car is bone stock in the performance department besides that. Even with a flash itll still crap up the bumper after
50k especially on crappy Mitsu WW

I have the Authority Carbon fiber shield and it looks great on my tb bumper....... I did have a fitment issue though but it is all good now. I would recommend that one.
