i have someone install a set of kartboy polyurethane cable shifter bushings (the ones behing the battery), this person did not install the washers that were on with the stock bushings. I found this out later because i read a thread saying these washers needed to be reused. could this extra slack mess up my transmition, i have noticed that if i try to shift 2nd fast ocasionaly it grinds i never noticed this before this install. if i do need it were could i find these washers?

 

yes, any time your grinding your going to break something. easiest mod ever to do by yourself!. the bushings have to fit really tight and should not have any slack at all. you can use washers from anywhere as long as it fits perfecly tight. i would fix that right away!.
