Well you can either get Cosworth, GSC, HKS...I personally have Cosworth. As for gains, couldn't really give you an accurate number because my car decided to start developing problems around the time I installed cams.

You'll have to search to see the gains people are making with cams. The GSC S1's seem to be a really good deal if you look a near stock idle. I can't really recommened you a specific size because you don't give enough info.

Do you plan on switching to a bigger turbo?
What kind of idle are you expecting to have?
Are you planning on upgrading the valvetrain?

bigger turbo no 30r i will keep. valvetrain i will upgrade if i half to.
