Vibrations

this is weird... My car vibrates at high rpm and highboost. it doesn't vibrate when i'm driving normal or at a lower boost.(15psi) but when i get it at WOT, with 23psi the front end starts to vibrate... I assumed it was my tires, so i went out a purchsed a new set, but issue still occurs. does anyone know why this is happening..

well it happens when i'm gunning it at high rpms, and high boost. i can be at a dead stop, and take off at WOT, then it will start vibrating like around 5k rpm's with high boost. the steering wheel shimmy's only when i gun it. but when driving normal, low rpm, and no boost its fine. Even when i'm going like 100mph it doesn't vibrate, it only vibrate when i'm at peak boost, and high rpms... it weird. i went and got my wheels checked today, and nothing was wrong with them. I even tried getting the wheels road force balanced with the hunter machine.... I'm running out of options of what to do... any idea what is the cause of this????
