Ballast: where can I source this ???
Those are hard to find. im assuming that you looked on ebay already. so the next thing i would do is call a bunch of junkyards that have evos... and ask them if they got it. if they have a broken head light were only the housings broken you can probably get them to sell you just the ballast. i had this problem too so keep in mind that the ballast are interchangable. meaning they are the same for both sides.
go to car-parts.com and search for headlights or headlight assemblies and start calling around.
remember junkyards close at 5pm mostly around the country so keep in mind the time change.

How much must I budget for one of these unit ???
