Lost 1 quart of Oil in 1 week Help
I need all possible places for a evo IX to leak that does not involve the head in any way, ive already made sure its not the:
Oil filter
Oil cooler Lines
Oil filter housing
Head gasket
valve cover gasket
any lines on the head.
Dip stock is dry on the back but my altenator is getting oil slug on the top of it from the belt slinging oil
where ever its leaking its leaking down low, and its managed to seep inside the lower timing cover.
I have taken the lower timing cover off and tried to run the car without it but it doesnt seem to want to drip at all unless i go drive it around the block and come back it starts to leak again. I just cannot pin point the leak at all.

Yeah, i have gsc s1 cams installed but honestly i cant see any oil leaking from them at all. i geuss they could be, but whats weird is there is no oil drips or any for that matter on the inside of the timing belt. i can see speckles on the outside like it was hitting something and getting splattered

its a brand new belt, i just put it in not even 200 miles ago and i just checked over everything and wiped it all down 2 days ago. but see thats just it, the timing cover is on while i drive so how's oil getting all over my **** under the hood if its coming from inside the cover.

No one is going to be able to magically diagnosis an oil leak over the internet.
Take all the covers, and **** off that side of the motor. Get some cans of brake clean. Spray down the metal parts avoiding the belts. Clean everything up.
Go drive it with the covers still off. Come back and see where it's dirty again and there is your leak. Your going to just have to dig into this. Only way to track it down.

Honestly i dont have a clue id really hate to have to pull the engine out to find a damn leak, because there is def not enough room to work with where it sits. And when i watch the oil drip it looks like its coming from about mid engine somewhere and dripping down. I checked the all the pulleys and gears to make sure oil wasnt coming threw but just no luck

i didnt change the head studs they are still stock, im thinking maybe if there is an oil passage behind the passanger side motor mount where it bolts to the block might be leaking. I know that it has a water line for sure.
thats just it, ive already did that lol, by the time i get back oil eveerywhere, and i cant make it leak by sitting still and giving it gas it only happens when the car is actually rolling.

You could have blown the gasket there, if I remember right there is an oil passage or two right there on that side of the block/head.

and its so anoying because i cannot see where any oil is building up at 2 drip.
There is nothing else there that can leak oil.
