need input on evo swap

my bro has a 03 black evo with 33,xxx miles with a 35r,264 cams, exedy twin, hks tbe, cam gears,1000cc injectors, and all the other regular bolts ons (made like 400whp on a conservative tune)
he only needs a car to go to school and he already a 450whp supra, so he just needs a car

i have the an 04 evo with like 44,xxx miles and all of the mods listed below
1)do you guys think i should trade him my evo for his 35r evo?
2)would his car be alright as a daily driver?

that's a pretty damn loaded question bro. a well balanced 35R build can be very daily driveable. with something like 22-24psi on pump you should make low to mid 400s.
