Suspension Noise

So I am driving home one day and pull into the garage by this time I have turned off the sound system and as I turn in I hear a poping/grinding noise on the passenger side front. Now whenever I move the car it makes this sound. Could this be a bad strut? The car has tein spring on the front (bought it with these already installed) and looks to be still stock on the rear. I do not want to damage anything and everything seems to be tight. Any help with this problem would be awesome.

does it have pillowball mounts? if so make sure everything is nice and tight. also youll have to remove it but also check and make sure the pillowball mount is not binding up.
