Ok so I saved a couple hundred bucks and I am looking for a new BOV and MBC. I for sure am getting the HALLMAN MBC with CP controller. For BOV I heard the HKS sucks for our cars but I like the fact thats its pull type and cant leak under any amount of boost and thats what im looking for. I dont want something im gonna replace after im boosting more then 25psi.... So should I just get the HKS kit from AMS for 300$ or the kit from STIKILLER for 400$. The STIKILLER kit comes with the HKS intercooler pipe to bolt the BOV on. Can someone tell me what all the AMS kit comes with thanks alot ne info / advice would be appreciated.

 

your stock BOV is fine..

 

+1, put the money into at SS o2 housing, some porting, an intake pipe, or a tune (if you don't have one already!)

 

Yea dont get a bov, I've had a ssqv and type rs...both suck. Get an electronic boost controller and tune.

 

Get a tune and a MBC. forget the BOV.

 

forget the bov...keep the stocker, get maybe a LICP over a bov...

 

yeah i wouldnt waste your money on a bov either, wont make the car any faster.

You already have an MBC according to your signature. Why get a different one? I'd stay stock on the bov if I were you.

 

Ok so my friends crappy turbo xs crapt out on me. POS :P Ne way my new HALLMAN Evo RX is being shipped with my TACTRIX cable WOOT! Ne1 think 170$ is a bit much for a MBC? I heard the HALLMAN is well worth it. Cant wait for the tune !!!!!!!!!!
