What BOV is this?
This is too funny. It is my SM car, and is tuned and sponsored by AMS. The blow off valve that I am running is the Tial one. The car runs with an AEM stand alone speed density system, and the BOV is an open air type. The part you see in the video is actually an air brake diaphram from a truck, with sound deadening wrapped around it to deflect and muffle the sound. Running 27 lbs of boost with that BOV makes the car sound like a pissed off seal barking. When I run the car at Devens in MA, I need that to keep the car within the sound limits there. The reason the car handles part throttle so well is the tune on the AEM. Virtually no surge, and is very controlable at part throttle. Cool video by the way.

I might also add that other than the really obnoxious sound that it makes(I am over 40, and like to draw as little attention to myself on the street as possible), the BOV is excellent. We were able to hold 27 psi right to 8000 rpm with an evogreen turbo. Quite impressive.

Here is a video without the BOV muffler. Was only running 24psi of boost at this event though, so not quite as obnoxious.
