meaning that it goes off who makes the most power from what they started from.
so the evo was sitting at like 286hp, the mini around 200hp, and the focus around 150hp. if the focus and the mini make 300-400hp the evo will have to make 600-700hp to win. then comes the other stuff, drag/road racing, audio/show BS....ect.
the evo is for sure teh superior car in its stock forum and prob will pwn the comp after being modded....but dont count the other teams out, lets not forget the cosworth does make some quick foci and fireball tim and the mini camp are no joke as well.
the show set up is a little F&F, but again like i said its imports on speed so enjoy it while it lasts.

But don't forget that the cars are judged by how much the modified versions can improve over their STOCK form. Its really not a competition based on an evo vs focus vs mini, its like they are competing against themselves almost.

Good question, but I don't care how much muscle you add onto a flaky gay white man, he ain't gonna phase Mike Tyson (the old Mike Tyson)
The same analogy can be applied to adding modded parts to a FWD Ford Focus, no matter how power you add, it just creates traction problems and understeer hehe
