I had the Defi-D series red (discontinued). They looked great. Definately check out www.prosportguages.com for some nice guages that match the Evo well. If you get the mechanical gauges, they are extremely cheap. $35 for the boost gauge. I have one for sale if you need it. I decided to go with the electrical with peak warning, etc.

Heres mine. Visibility is awesome and i actually like the radio relocated down more toward the shifter. I used the greddy sandwich adapter for my oil pressure and temp. I had to re tap one of the threads from NSPT to BSPT. Once that was done, everything was plug and play.

The whole issue with this set=up is that it places the filter kinda low to the ground especially if youre lowered. If you buy the OE short black filter, this isnt an issue.

How is visibility with that panel? Can you see them well or do you need them angled towards you as some do?

Thanks for the additional pics and the link.
It looks like many of you have gone with the gauges in the stock stereo position.
It must work well.

Thanks again.

love this set up, how much did it cost for everything?

sorry the pictures are horrible due to my camera phone.

Prosport gauges in the middle( Egt, Fuel pressure, Volt)

Glowshift gauges on the pillar and column. ( boost, oil pressure, oil temp, and A/F)

A little over kill but i personally like the look. It also looks great when it is dark out.

T hought it was an acura but now that I look it's an SC. I believe that the original reason for taking that picture was to post it here and make fun of the owner- the guages just happened to be included in the pic
