So I was on the Highway I-75 off ramp merging onto I-25 north and I was ata adead stop and s o was the car behind me and another car hit the car behind at about 50 Mph. I saw the car coming at the last second.

Anyways I got rear ended by the car in back of me and trashed my bumper and then I got pushed into a car in front of me (which he took off). Anyways both bumpers need to be replaced now. Back is bad not but too bad. Can't open the trunk and it looks like they broke my tails cause they didn't break the outside but they popped out, scratched my trunk a bit.

So my question is how do I get the insurance company to pay for aftermarekt stuff since it would be cheaper. Is there a way, can I just flat out tell and say you are going to buy me this bumper and this and that??

All three of us have insurance, so the guy that hit the two of us is I guess paying for all of it. The two cars behind me are both totaled. I guess I got out pretty good but it bent my exhaust too and something is dragging on the back left tire, or it sounds like it.

Let me know how I can go about getting the aftermarket bumpers and new ETS exhaust and get my CF hood replaced since it got scratched also when I hit the car in front of me. Thanks.

 

I was hit in april and the stock bumper is 700 unpainted so if you looking for the jdm one just tell the body shop to order that one instead of the stock on.. insurance will just come out check the car and give you a check for the damage.. you can do what you want with it... Im sure the stock parts will be more then most of the aftermarkets...
