Smile EVO V, tuning advice please!

Hi guys, i am actually new to this forum and need some advice on my new car , i have bought my EVO V few weeks back and i am planning to do some modifications on it, the car came with 3 inch TBE, EBC, CAI, and what i am planning to do now is:

walbro 255 lph (will it run my AFR slightly rich? and should i consider FPR?)
GSC s1 cam (i have heard that my stock ecu cannot reflash but can i still run it on my stock ECU also is it ok to run on my stock valves)
O2 housing with stock manifold port polish along with head port. (what will i gain? spool, free to breathe?)
Aftermarket ECU (which one is the cheapest and best? standalone or piggy back? in near future planning to bolt on EVO green so need to consider more advanced ECU or am i wrong?)
ARP headbolt
Injectors (not sure yet, what size you prefer?)
EVO green (how fast will it be compare to FQ400 and will i have some weight advantage on my CP9A chassis (lighter) HP/KG? and how much bhp will i get from this EVOgreen setup 10.5t 93 octane, 1.5 bar boost?

and finally what else should i consider on my modification path?

Regards,
Beegii

piping and a mini battery. We just finished working on a TME and that stock piping, intake and battery are insanely heavy and excessive.
