Did you at least get her information and the insurance carrier she has? Instead of contacting your insurance, you could contact her insurance company directly and report the accident. Talk to her first and see if she will pay for the damages. But, based on your first post it doesn't seem like she will agree that it is her fault.

To the OP, I'd recommend going over to the madam's home and try to reason wit her if that doesn't work then just take out the bottle of brake fluid from your back pocket and pour right over the same area where she f*cked up ur evo and say "ur welcome"
