new build

guys, i already ordered everything but...anyways im gonna start a new build. reason why is that while on the dyno, i started out with good numbers (351 hp/376trq), but in the end lost 50-60 hp&trq with same boost. (28psi) starting to burn oil now too (avg 1 quart/2.5weeks) everytime i start it up, it smokes blue. (geezze i hope it isnt the oil seals in the turbo otherwise, i'd be f-up considering i already ordered everything here and don't have the money to fix the turbo if it turns out to be the seals!) it also burns oil under high boost and only high boost(rings maybe?)
it also makes this knocking sound now...very faint but you can definitely tell the difference from an evo without it! i noe its not the valvetrain, because it is coming from the bottom end.
i dont know what is wrong but i dont care anymore. i figured this should take care of everything that is wrong. otherwise i WILL find out what it is and fix it up
i am planning to do this myself with the motor still in the car. (i knoe i know) but i am going to measure all clearances before i finish up. (cylinder bores measured at top and just below piston travel both 90 degress and parallel to piston pin(wrist pin) also measuring ring gaps, rod journals, piston diameter etc) if they are in manufacturer specs, it should be still good. the last time i took the head off, i could still see the crosshatches in the clyinder bores. i just want an input on what you guys think of this in-garage build.so my parts are ...
wiseco pistons 9.0:1
eagle rods H-beam with arp rod bolts
gsc s2 cams
arp mainstuds
ferrea competition 6000 stainless valves
cosworth rod bearings
greddy timing and balance belts
also ordered new lifters for no reason at all, just to replace them.
and all required seals and gaskets to do the job (intake manifold gasket, oem head gasket, cam seals, valvecover gasket, timing tensioner pulley, valve stem seals)

as you know, i already have ...
fp20g9 green
buschur dual valvesprings/tit ret/seats
ets 3" intercooler
custom 3" exhaust
fp high press wastegate
etc....
