Local Dealer had "Clearance stickers on theur Evo's"

Local Dealer had "Clearance stickers on theur Evo's"
The local Mits Dealer (Premier Mitsubishi, Beaverton, Oregon) have stickers on the windshields of theie 
Evo's as I drove by this morning that said "clearance".... I wonder what they mean by that, if anything? I do know they have 11 Evo's cause I counted them as I stopped and looked again. Every color but the Blue. And one Silver one just came in with VIN "121460" so I assume that's a last production vehicle? Does anyone know if the later production Evo's have any changes/improvements?
