Used belt conditioner on my IX MR and makes more noise?

My car has the all too common problem that most Evo IX's have with the belt squealing during normal warmup conditions. After the car warmed up the belt noise would go away.I decided to try some CRC belt conditioner. It seemed to get rid of the overall squeal when the car is warming up but now when the car idles and even when I am accelerating, I will hear a constant squeal from the belts.Anyone else experience this?

Well, if CRC belt conditioner is like some other brands, it leaves an oily or greasy film on the belt, which I can see being the reason your belt still squeals once and a while.

Yeah Im thinking I may need a new belt but the car only has 14,500 miles on it so I thought the belt would last a bit more than that. The car squeals all the time now.
