Can anyone please tell me how can i buy an evo in a safe manner and if this is a good deal

I have some knowledge about this car. It was actually traded in to another dealer (truck dealership in Byron, IL). They had it listed for about a week for the same price I believe. I emailed them and they told me they would sell it for $25,500 but that I would need to hurry because they were going to get rid of it. Next thing I know, it popped up on the auto showcase site. I ran a carfax and it was clean. However, in one of the pictures it looked like something was wrong with the front bumper as there was a rather large gap between the bumper and fender on the driver side. Could be something minor but worth investigating if you are interested in the car.
Regarding the price, Exotic Motors just sold a Black 06 MR SE with 10k miles for $28k. Those numbers are just for reference. From the sounds of it, its a nice car but I would definitely try getting the price lower (maybe shoot for $25k-ish).
