meth question
I personally run the buschur trunk mount kit myself which uses a SMC controller. As I see that the AEM kit has an output to trigger boost or timing change if it sees a fault, I would have chosen the AEM kit, plus its cheaper. Haven't seen any issues with running meth with an aftermarket manifold either.
Im running the aquamist HFS-5 kit. I love this kit. It has failsafes if the meth kit fails, it will cut the boost down to wastegate pressure. the failsafes included in the package are fuel tank float... so if you run low on meth/water then it will turn the pump off to protect it. It also comes with a flow sensor, so that if one of the lines breaks, or the pump stops, the flow sensor will trigger a fail safe too. The kits come with the DDS3 gauge, which has a ON/Off button for the kit, and also has LEDs to indicate the flow rate of the kit, as well as low on fuel. It might cost a little more but its well worth it.
They dont have the kit listed yet but here are some pics of it. They list in in there forums section. http://www.aquamist.co.uk/forum/gallery/HFS/HFS-5m.jpg
aquamist HSF-5 kit is a very good choice.
You shouldn't have any issues with the magnus manifold due to meth usage. Even though meth is corrosive to aluminum, the way we use the meth isn't going to cause any real corrosion issues. Just don't let it pool as a liquid on aluminum for any length of time.
