Heat shield

About to fit a 10.5 hotside and titek o2 housing is there any problems not using the lower heat shield as it cant be fitted when using a stainless o2 housing. Also the titek came with a new gasket but im not sure if i should use this or get a O.E gasket.

You should be fine without the lower heat shield.

Cheers for the replies Are the metal gaskets generally ok to re-use or would you suggest buying new gaskets before the install?

If the metal gaskets dont have any physical damage to them, then I usually reuse them and never had any problems
